With over 28 years of experience in the financial field spanning in the roles of a General Manager, Business/Finance Administrator and President/Business Owner, Nancy has a magnitude of experience behind her. Her business expertise and client base has grown throughout the years as a 20 year plus veteran of tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll and accounting services. Nancy is proficient in QuickBooks (since 1995), Drake, Entrata, Real Page, Excel and prior experience in ICMS/ACMS and Little Green Light. Nancy has an in-depth knowledge of property management/construction, cannabis and legal accounting. Nancy has been preparing federal and state tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, 990, 1041) since 2003. Nancy is a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers, National Alliance of Tax Preparers, Preparer Tax Identification Network and the Small Business Association of Michigan.
Jill has been with SBB since 2004 and provides her skill set with client relations, full charge bookkeeping, payroll and office management. Jill has an extensive level of expertise dealing in retail bookkeeping, sales tax reporting, payroll and payroll tax reporting, Workmans Compensation audits, bank reconciliation and vendor relations. Jill is proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and works in Drake Accounting
Nicole has been with SBB since 2022 and comes to us with over 10 years of retail management and HR experience. Nicole handles full charge bookkeeping, payroll, payroll tax reporting, Workmans Compensation audits, Accounts Receivable as well as client relations, with an excellent rapport with our client base and is often complimented for her friendliness and gregarious nature. Nicole is proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and works in Drake Accounting.
Zach has been with SBB since 2022 and comes to us with over 5 years experience in legal bookkeeping. Zach handles monthly and quarterly bookkeeping clients, year end client expense reporting and credit card reconciliations. Zach is proficient in QuickBooks and works in Excel.
Kristin joined SBB in January of 2024 with a BA in Mathematics along with a certificate in Finance from the University of Michigan, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 3.98 GPA. Kristin comes to us with a background in property management on the residential end from leasing to ledgers and is proficient in Entrata. Kristin has completed her first season in tax preparation with SBB, currently facilitates client payables and will be working her way toward becoming a full fledge tax preparer by year end through education and training. Kristin will also be focusing on business building, networking and future client relations. Kristin works in Drake, QuickBooks and Entrata.
